Lapco is delighted to be working with the Peritoneal Malignancy Institute, Basingstoke and North Hampshire Foundation Trust to support their training initiatives.
A group of five trainers and nine trainees will be piloting Lapco’s learning management platform- Lapco Learning.The system provides access to a range of digital assessment tools to create a structured learning environment and evaluation of learning curves.
To start the programme, members of the Lapco faculty delivered a mini Lapco ‘Train the Trainers’ course. Topics included; performance enhancing instruction, dual task interference, reflection on training, delivering feedback and competence & assessment.
