Lapco Consultancy founder Mark Coleman travelled to New Delhi to lecture and operate live with one of the largest laparoscopic societies in the world.

The Society of endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgeons of India (SELSI) invited Mark to ‘EndoLap’ their 3rd biennial meeting of SELSI. 

Mark chaired sessions, performed live surgery through a video link to the conference auditorium to over 300 delegates and gave the keynote “Endolap Oration’ on the Lapco programme.

Mark said: ‘I was delighted and honoured to be invited to India to talk and operate. Laparoscopic surgery is already showing itself to be a huge growth area, providing enormous benefits to the country’s population as safer, quicker and more cost-effective ways of treating patients.” 

Mark continued:

“There is no doubt that Indian surgeons possess great experience and skills in laparoscopic surgery and Lapco looks forward to further collaborations in India in the future.”
